Physical Reward Tiers have arrived!

Many of you have been waiting for this, and as promised, we now have Physical Reward Tiers available to pledge on as well!

Important Note: If you have already pledged and would like to increase your pledge to a new reward tier, please simply make a pledge covering the difference! You will be able to manage your reward tier later in the Backer Portal where all your pledge amounts will be visible and accumulated!

If you will select the new reward tier and pay it in full, we would have to refund your original pledge, which causes a lot of additional work and confusion on our end!

Once again, we have tried to incorporate and carry over as much as possible from the original Kickstarter campaign, though, certain amends had to be made in order to accommodate certain changes in the overall rewards structure. We made sure, however, to keep the $55 physical entry-level tier alive, which will give you a Retail Copy of the game in a DVD-style case with a printed manual. And, yes, the Cloth Map is also back! :)

Make sure to check out the tiers we have prepared for you and feel free to pledge!

We are currently also working on the Backer Portal, which will allow backers to manage their pledges, as well as their rewards and add-ons, and the first part of it is almost done. Very soon you will be able to link your Paypal payment and your Kickstarter name to your user account, to make sure it is all neat and tidy. There is no need for you to send us your information, because you will be able to handle it all yourself as soon as we have that part of the portal up and running.

This also means that if you wish to upgrade your pledge, you can simply add on the amount to cover the difference with a Paypal payment. Once the Backer Portal is live, you will then easily be able to assign the proper Reward Tier to match the total amount you have pledged. Easy as pie. :)

And while we’re on the subject of pledges and rewards, I think it is great to see that we have reached over $30,000 in direct pledges already in a little more than two days, coming from over 700 faithful backers! We thank you with all of our hearts!

$30,000 IN TWO DAYS!

THANK YOU!

You may also notice that new posts will mysteriously show up on the site over the next few days, most of them back-dated. We are in the process of bringing over some of the material we posted as part of the Kickstarter updates and posting them here on the site with the date when they were originally published on Kickstarter.

A lot of information has been disseminated during the campaign and a wide variety of topics has been touched upon and we feel it is important to have all that information available to our fans, followers and backers right here on the site.

Last, but not least, here’s a bit of entertainment for you. The fourth and final installment of my video interview with Matt Barton on the Matt Chat YouTube Channel has been released yesterday, and, naturally, we would not want to keep it from you, especially since this episode touches upon the making of “Planescape: Torment,” among other things.

During your import of all the KS info, will you be including an updated FAQ?

Things I would be interested to know that would also be good to have centralised in an FAQ rather than in comments sections:-

When do you hope to hit beta and subsequently release for episode 1?
Also, do you expect each episode to take a similar amount of time to develop, test and therefore release?

Will I be able to play the game with a controller? Are you going to support it?

    • Guido Henkel  says:

Currently we do not have controller support planned because certain parts of the interface have been designed with a keyboard in mind.
